I had a “Check Engine” service light come on. My service advisor was great. I told him about the issue, he reviewed past service history and had the diagnostic hook up. The suspected problem was quickly identified and fixed and I was on my way quickly. I was very happy with the service.

Fair pricing on services, competent mechanic, very happy with the result. As they only have 1 Sprinter mechanic they could have been a little more timely. Get more help and train to be as good as the help you have now great job!

Most awful experience in my 40 years at the South Location. No communication, won't return calls when I need something. Haggled me for a deposit while out of town for a family emergency but wouldn't return calls when I need them to or answer a question when I returned. Paint is peeling on hood only 3 months in and won't rectify it. Never Again at this dealer.
Very dissatisfied with my entire experience. Sales representative was not knowledgeable about the vehicle that was being sold. Mileage was also falsely advertised. Management could have done much better with remediating the situations that arose. Finance and contract execution was the most seamless. Unfortunately, would not recommend based on my experience.

Don't bother trying to trade your vehicle, they will LOW BALL you. They will tell you they want your trade (some of them), others will tell you they will have to do things that are not needed. They just try to DE VALUE your trade.
My experience buying a car at Mercedes Benz of South Austin was fantastic. Robert was my salesman and he knew his product and was a true gentleman through the entire process. Caleb in finance was also great. I would highly recommend this dealership.
